Nola Amsterdam has experienced a surge in new subscribers thanks to image testing and the addition of a pop-up teaser within our email marketing efforts. 

Our Approach

We initiated our strategy with a comprehensive review of automations, considering both branding and technical aspects. We placed emphasis on optimising the Welcome Series, aligning it with the client's proactive social media efforts.

Through rigorous testing, we fine-tuned the pop-up design, copywriting, and cadence, incorporating an exit-intent pop-up to give a constant sign up touchpoint. 

The Brief

Founded by two friends on the hunt for high-quality everyday jewellery, Nola Amsterdam offers luxury at an affordable price.

The brand was looking for an email marketing approach that would capture new subscribers and resonate with audiences to retain leads. 

The Outcome

Results began to manifest just 60 days after implementing the automations, with ongoing monitoring of Subject Lines and Preview Texts to ensure peak performance. Within just five months, our results surpassed their Black Friday and Cyber Monday benchmarks. Reaching a submit rate of 6.2% with the catch all pop-up, Klaviyo revenue grew from 21.6% to 50.2%. We engineered a highly effective Back-in-Stock flow, eliminating the need for a Shopify custom app the client had been using. This not only reduced costs but achieved a 70% open rate and 20% click rate—a monumental achievement.
