Our approach centred around harnessing the power of automation. We introduced seven new automated flows and renewed three existing ones to streamline engagement.
We also conducted tests on various pop-ups to boost submission rates. Our focus was clear: leverage automation to optimise revenue.
The Brief
ninepine is an athleisure brand born out of Stockholm, Sweden. Fusing function, form, and comfort, embracing their Nordic heritage and minimal aesthetics became key in our email marketing efforts.
After a brief one-month hiatus which saw revenue dip, we regained control of the account in time for Black Friday and quickly steered revenue back on track.
The Outcome
Rigorous testing of six pop-up variants allowed us to fine-tune our strategy and increase submission rates, capturing more leads. Overall revenue surged by an impressive 221% while the new flows and the revamp of existing ones led to a 284% increase in automated revenue.
